No Agency Relationship
TashaFlips is NOT a real estate broker, agent, or listing service. We operate as principal buyers under assignable purchase contracts. No agency or fiduciary relationship exists between TashaFlips and any property owner or buyer.
Contract Assignment Model
We operate through assignable purchase agreements. These contracts may be assigned to qualified end buyers. All assignment fees are disclosed on the HUD/CD closing statement prepared by licensed title companies.
No Professional Advice
We do NOT provide legal, tax, or investment advice. All parties should consult with appropriate professionals before entering real estate transactions.
Title Company Role
All transactions are closed through licensed U.S. title companies acting as neutral escrow agents. We never take title to properties or handle client funds.
Fee Disclosure
Our revenue comes from disclosed assignment fees on the HUD/CD. No commissions are charged. All fees are transparently disclosed in closing documents.
Legal Provisions
Limitation of Liability
TashaFlips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from real estate transactions or use of our services.
No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee property sales, purchases, or investment outcomes. Real estate transactions are subject to market conditions and other factors.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Austin, Texas.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with American Arbitration Association rules.
Data Protection & Compliance
All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy, data security, and electronic communications laws.
Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers bound by confidentiality obligations.
Users may withdraw consent to communications at any time as permitted by law.
